Two ways to buy

It's your company's software. Own it, or pay by the month.

Either way, you pay per company, not per person. No seats to count, no sign-in to check.

Buy once

Yours to keep.

Install it on your company's computers and use it offline; it never checks in. Twelve months of updates are included. After that it keeps working, whether you renew or not.

Add a hire, don't add a seat. Stop any time: Kisheet falls back to Kisheet Free, and your takeoffs stay readable in your own PDFs.

Company license $149 / month per company
How company licensing works
  • Unlimited named employees
  • The license is a file you keep
  • One-time license: no internet needed

A one-time license never needs the internet and never checks in. A subscription will check in online from time to time. Crash reports are on by default, and Kisheet asks before sending each one. Usage statistics (counts of which commands are used, never your files) are off unless you turn them on in the Welcome screen. Nothing else goes online. We never sell your data and never make money from it. Your drawings never leave your PC. How Kisheet handles data · Proposed pricing. Subject to change before launch.

Questions

Straight answers

Is this a Bluebeam replacement?

It covers the daily takeoff work estimators use a premium PDF tool for: measuring, counting, marking up, comparing revisions and exporting quantities. It's built for takeoff first and priced per company. See Kisheet vs Bluebeam Revu.

What does "buy once" actually mean?

You pay once and keep using the version you bought. Twelve months of updates are included. After that it keeps running either way; renewal pricing isn't set yet.

Do my drawings get uploaded anywhere?

No. Takeoffs run on your computer and are saved in your own PDFs as standard annotations other PDF viewers can read.
